1.Data and personal Information the application collects, stores and sends out
a. Data:
The application automatically collects data about your actions while playing Skat. This is information is automatically stored on your application installation device.
This information will be used in two different ways.
i. used to automatically or manually reload your last game after leaving the app
ii. used when you have an improvement or crash in the application to be able to recreate the actions you did. In this case this information is included in an email that is automatically created for you. This email will not be sent out automatically but only after explicit user action.
This information while not be automatically send to MaJoPi or any other 3rd party organization.

By manually saving a game the user has the possibility to save the collected data on any drive available on your machine. The saved data may be seen by any data reader and will be used by Skat to reload the game.

b. Personal Information:
Any personal information you enter to Skat is stored on you installation device. These are the names and pictures you may provide in the settings page of Skat. The names you enter will also be stored an send out via email. This will be done as described in section 1a.

c. Application Analytics and Crash Data:
For analysis, the application uses the full functionality of  3^rd party Analystic Tools (e.g. Microsoft App Center). To do this, a wide variety of information from the application and the user's computer is transmitted to the 3^rd Party App Center. These data can be viewed by the MaJoPi team. The control over the concrete data read out and also the further usage of this data is not with MaJoPi but with the 3^rd Party. In the event of a program crash, a lot of information that is neither controlled and managed by MaJoPi will also be transmitted to 3^rd party. This data is used to troubleshoot the crash. d. Advertising
Skat Free shows ads. Ads are obtained and provided by third parties. The usage analysis for the insertion of advertising is not under the control of MaJoPi but with the respective third party.

1. Daten und persönlichen Informationen die dies Anwendung sammelt, speichert und weiterleitet.
a. Daten:
Die Anwendung speichert automatisch den Spielverlauf und die Spielzüge die Sie während des Skatspiels durchführen. Diese Informationen werden automatisch auf Ihrem Installationsmedium gespeichert und auf zwei verschieden Arten genutzt:
i. um das letzte Spiel automatisch oder durch manuelle Eingabe zu laden
ii. um bei einem Spielverbesserungsvorschlag oder einem Programmabsturz Ihre durchgeführten Spielaktionen nachvollziehen zu können. In diesem Fall werden die Daten in eine E-Mail automatisch eingefügt und erstellt. Diese email wird nicht automatisch versendet sondern erst durch eine entsprechende Anweisung durch den Benutzer.
Diese Informationen werden auf keinem anderen Weg automatisch an MaJoPi oder eine andere Organisation versendet.

Durch manuelles abspeichern des Spiels können die gesammelten Daten auf jeden Speichermedium persistiert werden. Die gespeicherten Daten können durch ein beliebiges Programm eingesehen werden und werden von Skat zum Laden des alten Spielstandes genutzt.

b. Persönliche Informationen:
Alle persönlichen Daten die in Skat durch den Benutzer eingegeben werden, werden auf dem Installationsmedium automatisch gespeichert. Das sind die Namen und Bilder die der Benutzer auf der Einstellungsseite von Skat eingeben kann. Die eingegebenen Namen werden wie die unter 1a beschrieben Daten gespeichert und können in den gleichen Fällen auch automatisch in die E-Mail eingetragen werden.

c. Anwendungsdaten und Absturzdaten:

Zu Nutzungsanalyse nutzt die Anwendung die vollständige Funktionalität von Drittanbietern zu Datenanalyse (z.B. Microsoft App Center) . Dazu werden verschiedenste Informationen der Anwendung und des Benutzerrechners an das App Center übermittelt. Diese Daten können vom MaJoPi Team eingesehen werden. Die Kontrolle über die tatsächlich ausgelesenen Daten und auch die Weiterverwendung dieser Daten liegt nicht bei MaJoPi sondern beim Drittanbieter. Bei einem Programmabsturz werden ebenfalls zahlreiche Informationen, die nicht durch MaJoPi gesteuert und verwaltet werden an den Drittanbieter übertragen. Diese Daten dienen der Fehlerbehebung. d. Werbung

Skat Free blendet Werbung ein. Diese wird über Drittanbieter bezogen und bereitgestellt. Die Nutzungsanalyse zur Einblendung von Werbung liegt nicht in der Kontrolle von MaJoPi sondern bei dem jeweiligen Drittanbieter.
